manage this service app's Postgres database

## Usage

```
npx tori.host db create
```

The app is read from ./tori.json. Provisioning is asynchronous; use tori db status until it reports ready. When it is ready, DATABASE_URL is stored on the app environment (masked in tori env list) and applies on the next tori deploy — the same snapshot rule as tori env set. These lifecycle commands never print the URL.

Shared-tier backups are a nightly custom-format dump. Restore copies a dump into a separate Postgres database; it never overwrites the live app database and never rewrites DATABASE_URL. Dedicated-cluster PITR is not this command.

## Options

- `--no-browser` — sign in with a code you type on another device (chosen automatically over SSH or with no DISPLAY)

## Subcommands

- `tori db create` — create this service app's Postgres database
- `tori db status` — show database provisioning state
- `tori db delete` — remove this app's database
- `tori db dumps` — list nightly dumps of this database
- `tori db restore --from <dump-id>` — restore a dump into a separate database
- `tori db restore-status` — show the latest restore
- `tori db restore-delete <restore-id>` — drop a restore copy
